We had an excellent experience working with GL Homes. We had an idea of what we wanted, and GL Homes took our vision and their designers made it come to life. They were easy to work and communicate with, making sure we got what we wanted. There were road bumps, as there always are in construction projects, and we were amazed by the way GL handled these issues with transparency and a positive approach toward making things right.

We started our project when it wasn't the best time to build due to inflation and interest rates, which filled our building experience with stress and uncertainty. The only reason we were able to weather the storm was because of GL Homes. Their communication and understanding are outstanding. They made my project a priority and finished it when they ought to, despite the setbacks. They delivered exactly what we asked for, although there was a slight adjustment in the budget
