“I saw Dr. Burch for laser lipo. He was very inviting and made me feel comfortable. He explained the process thoroughly and provided me with a sample menu.I had realistic goals (I knew it wouldn't have the same results as a tummy tuck). I just needed a jump start. In 2 1/2 weeks, I lost 8 inches in my stomach and lost 11 pounds. After my final treatment (and a workout at the gym), I lost an additional 2 pounds. There is a vibrating machine at his office I went on right after the treatment for 10 minutes. To get results, you have to work out after the treatment and do not eat until 2 hours after the treatment. I worked out (walking only) about 4-5 times a week. I would walk about 3 miles on the weekend and either 1 or 2 miles Mon-Fri; depending on time constraints. I, of course, changed my eating habits; no processed or fried foods, and only drinking water (with crystal light).I am pleased with the results, and recommend Dr. Burch.
