I received the best care from the moment I stepped in the door. Mark was there to greet me and then handed me off to Sue who took me back to my room. She walked me through every step and made sure I was comfortable. She assisted with getting me checked out and seeing me out the door. This is the best experience ever.
Excellent service. This was my second visit at Baptist urgent care. On both occasions I had a wonderful experience. The staff is professional and pleasant. I have zero complaints. I am very grateful for the service that I received. Thank you so much!
People were friendly and the wait was short. Only thing Is I wish they would take the time to really spend time with you. They gave me a quick 5 min check up. My temperature was not taken and no Covid test given when I had all the symptoms for it and X-ray tech was running late so had to wait an extra 20 mins for that.
