The morning and evening hours are the best times to enjoy the beach, with fewer people around. Guests have reported that the hotel is a bit old, but everything has been recently renewed. The main issue seems to be with the staff, as some guests have mentioned rude behavior, especially at the reception. However, the restaurant staff and the employees who carry the guests' bags have been praised for their excellent service.
Really enjoyed the hotel, friendly service and very clean rooms. The pools definitely need some up grade. We were mostly at the beach, the service was excellent there along with the friendly beach staff.
Awesome beach view, really calm and peaceful with pools and beach being fantastic, the beach water was warm and sand wasnt burning hot, it was clean, not alot of people in the morning or evening so those were the best times during the sunrise especially. The location is fantastic overall loved Sunny Isles Beach, definitely visiting this place again
The hotel is gorgeous, the swimming pools, cascades and the beach are beautiful. The hotel is a bit old, but everything was re-newed. The MAIN PROBLEM is the people working there (except for the restaurant, and the guys that carry the bags). NEVER SAW ONE SINGLE SMILE from anyone at the reception, and they were RUDE really often.
