The other day I popped into Supercuts in Sunny Isles Beach. No waiting line, I went with the next available stylist her name was Brenda. Brenda wasn't very talkative which is fine with me. I told her what I wanted. She gave me a great haircut. Not rushed, she took her time and made sure it was right. It is exactly what I wanted. I gave her a good tip and she finally smiled. I'm glad I made her smile. Thanks Brenda, I'll be back.

I asked for a trim it was ok, was a nice basic trim, But then she suggested purple hair shampoo and made my hair turn white. Why are Miami people so dumb and idiotic? They don’t know how to do anything right in this town. I didn’t ask for white hair but she did it anyways. Now I have to wait forever for my own hair color to grow out.

Checked in on line, said short wait, waited for 50 minutes, could have at least told me how long. Was more like a hair saloon, 2 people only working women's hair. Not enough staff for the day.
