I give it 5 stars because I think they have good customer service. And the service is very good. Personally, I have been with the laundry for many years and I have never had any problems. Thank you Sunny isles dry clean for your attention!

It's my second time using them. So far so good, a lot of the reviews say they're expensive but I'm not sure how much one is suppose to pay? If you pay cash you get 10% off so that's a deal right there. I left two linen shirts the first time and did notice when I got home that they didn't remove a stain on one of them. This time around I made sure I told the lady to remove the stains. I picked them up, inspected them and stains were removed. Their customer service is not the best. I walked up to the front and the girl who was there didn't greet me she just said "wait" she was putting in an order so I waited a little bit. She was nice at the end but good customer is everything. I'm used to friendlier businesses, but it's across from home so maybe I'll give them another chance. If not then I'll shop around and compare prices and hopefully better customer service.
