Customer service person never looked up at me or said hello when I walked in to drop off my clothes....just slowly walked up to her pad to write down my request. Wasn't sure if she knew I was there at first even though I was very polite and said "hello, how are you?" ...just silence. So I left with my dry cleaning, I figured she didn't want my business. Just today I decided to give them a second chance due to convenience of location. I called to ask a question about their services......someone picks up....says hello, doesn't mention name of company, I thought I had the wrong number...but no time to find out because she hung up on me anyway! ?... read full review
Washers are horrible, clothes didn’t come out clean. Dryers work great, clean floors nice place just washer didn’t work so great, will try again but will use washers on back wall those were busy so hopefully they work
Terrible treatment from the staff. One of the employees is very spoiled and racist towards Latinos. They don't have currency exchange. Difficult to get staff.
