Very approachable and friendly, not at all intimidating - it felt welcoming and like family from the get-go. Carol did a great job with my hair. It's true, they don't take cards (likely due to high, ever increasing, merchant fees), but they do accept cash and checks. I was worried it would take a while to find a new stylist and salon, but I got lucky on my first try. I'll definitely be back.“
