My wife and I had an issue with the sprinkler system in our yard at our new house. It could have went either way. Savannah came and checked the issue out initially and said she would send someone else out. Stephanie came out and looked at the installation and decided to add a sprinkler head. I was impressed with both Savannahs and Stephanies responsiveness and can do attitude. They did what every Customer Hopes for. TCL DID THE RIGHT THING. As a side note Stephanie has been with Tri County for 29 years (Savannah also for a number of years) and says the owners Todd and Melissa are committed to doing the right thing.
