Only if I could leave no stars, I would. Bossuet (Bobby)Lormeus is not only tremendously unprofessional and deceitful but utterly incompetent. This “team of experts” is not thrilled and definitely do NOT assist in maximizing or even RECEIVING your tax refund. I was met with a rude and unresponsive team member when bringing up legitimate questions and concerns regarding tax returns. Please, for anyone reading this, save yourself from having to deal with this place!!
This was the best tax service experience I've dealt with in life. I personally don't like doing my taxes but this was very smooth and easy process. I highly recommend Valdine??
