Kevin runs his business like a true professional. He was responsive from the first phone call and followed through with everything he said he would do. Kevin arrived on time and sent a proposal for the service he would provide. We had 9 openings to our attic that he fixed the same day. He sent photos of before and after. We needed this because we live out of state for half the year. Kevin was also accommodating to us by connecting with our neighbor who gave him access to our attic in our absence. So the Rat Patrol came a few months ago and fixed my rodent problem (rats in the attic). They sealed all the opening and trapped the rats and removed them. Last night, I thought I heard something in the attic so I called them since I have a 2 year warranty. Kevin came today to do an inspection. The original openings that he fixed a few months ago were not compromised and he provided photos to prove it. As it turns out, it sound that I heard could have been the large tree from my neighbor that could be rugging again the roof. I'll check again tonight. The Rat Patrol responded immediately. Very thorough!
