I admit I have trust issues, so it took me a bit to adjust to John's super easy-going, laid back vibe. I had NO reason to doubt anything. Every deadline was met, every promise kept and the pricing was great. The install crew did such precise work and they left my home cleaner than when they started. I’m in the real estate industry and will promote and refer Natural Flow Windows, and Doors any chance I get. My home is a 1994 home. I broke one of the patio sliding glass doors. I spoke to several companies, all of whom immediately went to the quote of me purchasing a brand new complete set of new slider doors so much so that I thought that’s what my only option was. This company came quickly for a quote. He said he could replace my glass and gave me a quote for that. I did not have to ask for that type of quote. He matched the type of window color of glass. We cannot say enough about this company. Their service is above and beyond expectations. They installed two sliders in our condo. The installation was superb. We had a few minor adjustments and a missing screen. They ordered the screen quickly and came out to install it. We would highly recommend this company. They return all calls!
