Mr. Handyman is outstanding when it comes to quality repairs and customer service. The company is quick to respond and schedule an estimate and/or needed services. I run a non-profit in Tequesta, Florida, that helps individuals impacted by domestic violence. We were in urgent need of repairs to our truck and Ben from Mr. Handyman provided excellent customer service. His professionalism and superior skills met all of our expectations. Ben is an outstanding brand ambassador for Mr. Handyman. We will definitely call upon Mr. Handyman again whenever we are in need of similar home/business improvement services.
Big Ben was here promptly... on time. Asked what needed to be done. We worked out a list. The big job was to re-install a huge roll up blind covering the large sliders to my porch. He efficiently completed the task. Then he helped me with a few other odds and ends. All done perfectly, efficiently and neatly! I will continue to use Mr Handyman in the future for all my projects. This week I had a barn door installed, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the outcome. I am in Michigan and it was installed in our home in Florida. Eli kept me informed, was very efficient and very friendly and just did an overall great job from the pictures he sent. He was very respectful of our condo,and just a pleasure to work with. I also had a couple dealings with Richard over the phone, and equally as considerate and a very reasonable businessman. Thanks to both of you and I would definitely recommend you and I would certainly welcome you back in My Home for any future project.
