Spending time with Master Chen and students of Qigong and Tai Chi has been truly rewarding. Remembering first lessons of ‘slow’ and ‘breathe’ being exactly what I needed and continue to work at. The discipline and connectedness are just a few of the things I continue to strive for. Highly recommend!
Master Chen is extremely knowledgeable in Eastern methodology & spirit / body wellness. I was suffering with left sided lumbar muscular pain(very tight)& spasms, hip & leg imbalance, for 6mos. as result of a herniated disc L2-L3. I could not get any long term relief with pain killers, muscle relaxants, heating pad, NASIDs, Physical therapy twice,
Epidural injections x2, etc. Master Chen thoroughly explained every technique he used & what they do for the body. I had 2 sessions with Master Chen with instructions to follow at home. I was heading on a fishing trip out of the country and severely tore my shoulder 2 days before leaving. My pain level at the time was a 8 and my range of motion was extremely limited, so I went to visit Master Chen. In one long session he was able to reduce my pain level in half and increased my range of motion allowing me to fish.
I am looking forward to completing my healing through future sessions and can’t thank Master Chen enough for his help.
