The care I received from concern staff has always been very acceptable to great. The office staff are always friendly, accommodating, and receptive to my needs. Care quality has always been very good. The only thing that I wished would improve is their communication system with their phones I wish they had more direct accessibility when calling a number instead of going through so many options and never seeming to be able to get the person or office of specialty without Great frustration.

I was referred to the Cleveland Clinic via my West Palm Beach VA Hospital Community Service and filled out a pre-appointment form , detailing my diagnosis of paralytic ileus that I had been afflicted with over the past 5 months since I was discharged from a blocked intestinal track that had opened up (confirmed later by a CAT scan at the VA Hospital). My first appointment at CC North was with a Kevin Wissinger, MD (a general surgeon rather than a G.I. specialist) who asked me "What brings you here" indicating he had not read my pre-appointment detailed medical report. What hospital releases a patient with a possible uti before they get the results back from the lab , and seeing if the antibiotics is working. Because what she has taken isn't. But let's release her. Patients family member is a 35 year health professional. This ain't over
