Had trouble with air-conditioning on one of the hottest days of course they came out help me out. Tried to fix the problem. We finally got it worked out all went well. I'll have them back to clean. Problem. Solved

Prompt service, they even report back to me about the maintenance if I am not at home at the time of service. I’ve used Krauss & Crane for years, purchased new when old died and alway happy with the business. Highly recommend.
