From Win who came to write an estimate to the office staff, Crystal, Patti, Sue and Heidi who keep you updated on every step of the way to the owner, Bruce who comes out to confirm the measurements, to the installers who are employees, not subcontractors, Steve, Gene and Andrew, to the service guys who install the track coverings after the inspection, all did their jobs well. The installers were meticulous with making sure everything was perfect and cleaned up afterwards. They come when they say they are coming, the office staff calls you back when they say they will.
