The clinic was very beautiful and clean. I was seen very quickly. All the staff are very kind and knowledgeable. I first saw the medical technician who took my vitals and a short history of my current symptoms. And then saw PA Adrienne Parlette-Guinan who is very efficient and thorough in her examination. She was very knowledgeable about my symptoms and I felt adequately listened to. For any other urgent care matters, I would be more than happy to return.
Really great experience coming here. I am someone with some past health care trauma so my trust with medical field professionals were slim to none before coming here. Here, I felt prioritized, heard, and cared for.
12/21/23. Afternoon. Feeling ill and they did several tests, with the one for Covid being positive. They immediately offered the Paxlovid Rx 5 day program ( I’m 83 ) and needed two numbers from my recent bloodwork before they could do the precise Rx. Went home and called them back-RX sent to Walgreens and picked it up. Paxlovid certainly shortened up the recovery and eased the initial viral effects. The personnel are very well trained and active about getting you well.
