When he had difficulty remoting my computer - due to my wifi signal - he immediately set up a home visit and spent considerable time diagnosing, explaining and offering options for short and long term fix. He cleaned things up to get things running faster and showed me my SSD is close to failing which is the root cause. I appreciated his efforts and it helped me make the decision to purchase a new computer. Bill is professional and knowledgeable. I will continue to use his services with new computer set up. Just moved to Stuart and immediately needed to have my desktop repaired. Bill got me back up and running quickly and without an inflated price tag. Can’t thank him enough. Will use GatorPC again if/when the need arises.
