Chester sold my parents and me 2 homes in 2002 and it was the best experience buying a home we ever had. Chester and Estrella were very caring and helpful throughout the whole process. Today 9/30/21 I call Chester for some help with an issue with the house and he was still has helpful today as he was 19 years ago.

What a pleasant experience! Chester, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable about the area as well as building custom modular homes! We have seen his work (only in pictures so far) and after building over 3500 homes, he pretty much has it down pat! His company will build you a custom home to make the best possible use of your lot at a fairly reasonable price. You seem to get a good value with great features! We will be back.
