Made an online appointment to schedule an oil change and tire rotation. Jon Kieffer was my service advisor. He met me on time, was very professional, provided great service, and my truck was ready within 90 minutes. I was very pleased with their service, their facility and the competent and friendly staff. service to my truck was very well done except for 1 item.., the tray below the oil filter should have been cleaned after filter r&r. Excess oil dripped from tray onto my driveway making me think my filter was leaking. a little extra clean up of tray would have saved a lot of anxiety on my part. Thank you
