I had an outstanding experience working with Ben at EFT. He was very responsive leading up to my first session and created very fun and effective workouts. I was looking for a safe way to workout during COVID and my experience with Ben at EFT was absolutely perfect!
Ben really explains why you are doing this type of functional training. He also keeps track of all my workouts to see where I can improve in. I have a bad shoulder from baseball and he really knows how to strengthen it and I feel more motion in it since I have been working out with Ben! Thanks Ben!
I’ve been training with Ben for a year and a half. The first year was about strengthening my gluts, quads, and hammies to combat some hip pain I was experiencing. I told been about wanting to compete in triathlons, so Ben changed up my training to build strength in the areas I’d need for triathlons. I am happily strong, pain, and injury free! It’s amazing what 30 minutes can do! I owe my first triathlon success to Ben.
