In my 47 year career I have worked as a nurse & manager in 3 integrated academic medical centers. I recently retired to the Stuart area & thought I would get my care from Cleveland Clinic Martin Health as it appeared to be an integrated system. I couldn't have been more wrong. Though my primary care is OK, the rest of the system is a disaster. Referrals take months to process if they call you back at all. Trying to get through their central scheduling office is a nightmare. It is almost impossible to book a radiology appointment. Their non-clinical administrative are poorly trained & can be very rude to patients at times. They can't seem to attract & retain enough specialty providers. Though I am not a big fan of Epic, their electronic medical record system, they don't seem to know how to use much of it. In addition forcing them to revert to an earlier version was an idiotic decision. To summarize the other integrated medical systems (e.g. Mayo Clinic, University of Miami, Mass General -Brigham & Women's) active in FL are missing a big opportunity on the Treasure Coast. They could easily displace Cleveland Clinic as the primary provider & I think patients would welcome there arrival in the area.

Absolutely wonderful Hospital. Use to be called Martin Memorial until Cleveland took it over. They have done an excellent job and have built a new outpatient building on Kanner Hwy. they do everything there including imaging. So you don't have to go to the main hospital all the time. I have never had a bad experience with Cleveland and I'm sure you won't either.

Dr. Leibner , is a caring Dr. Who puts his time into finding the Problems even when they aren't the easiest to explain . He gives his un-devided attention to his Patients and has referred me to some wonderful Doctors. I would highly recommend him to everyone . I would also like to say he has an amazing and friendly Staff that has also put up with many questions and concerns and have always made me feel comfortable , they are a great Team I am grateful to have !
