Did my research & decided to use this tanning salon to purchase a couple months of tanning to pre tan for coming up spring & to also buy a gift card for a month for an upcoming birthday for a friend. Went on my lunch break. Went to front & back door of business, both closed. Thought maybe they were running late so waited a few minutes, tried to phone several times & got busy signal, wasted my entire lunch hour plus when retuned to work tried calling them off & on for another 1 1/2 hours, busy signal. Called the Chamber of Commerce which is right next door to salon. They said “oh yes, the tanning part closed down & there’s just 1 lady inside... read full review

So I'm in starke and thought time is a little tight and I need a tan before my work events this weekend. So I pull up. It's locked. I buzz. I get told kind of rudely to go next door to ask for some guy. Guy isn't there. I text. He says he'll be back shortly. 30 minutes later I leave. He could've said pricing, buy a plan, anything, and I would've been been sweet take my money because it's not a far drive and I'd rather hit a bed before losing money laying out. Instead I'm blown off. No sorry im running late. It's hot out. No wait in the AC. I get weights an issue for beds. I would've sent a picture. Like I'm only... read full review
