Had an urgent medical need, seen quickly and efficently with kindness. Followed up in a few days with a phone call to make sure feeling better, share test results and confirm appropriate treatment. Overall a great experience during a stressful time. Thank you!
Great service. The young lady at the front desk has great customer service. She's welcoming and very sweet and helpful! Wish more front desk greeters were like her. The PA I saw was also great. Overall, great experience.Update: still a great experience! Did online check in, showed up did the QR code scan/ check in and was seen fairly quickly. The nurses that my husband and I saw together were great and personable. The PA is great! Straight forward and pleasant every time I've seen her.
Had a 2 hour wait for a walk-in. Still gave 5 stars. They were working hard with no wasted effort. I heard them calling to try to get more help. They were doing all that was humanly possible and being very kind and helpful to everyone. Without appointments you never know what you will need. Long wait was just bad luck. Care was excellent.
