If you are anything like me…you want everything to go smoothly before and during your “Spa” experience. And if it doesn’t you simply want the staff to assist with making sure things go well. I am very thankful and grateful for “Jill” due to her outstanding customer service, going above and beyond. Overall turning things around after a minor miscommunication. She made sure all was excellent!!! like waiving a magic wand. A big shout out to Paul the massage therapist who has techniques I have not experienced before (as a world traveler) he also complimented my great Spa experience!!! Took my wife in the morning for the 80min couples massage. It started a little off and seemed disorganized before it started but we were the 1st appt in the morning, and the front staff had not arrived yet added to the confusion, but we got that worked out. It begins with them walking you across the hotel to the Sports Club to get changed. There are showers, a steam room, and a hot tub there in each locker room. Then they have you come back to the spa for the massage to start. We added the deep tissue and scalp massage and did not disappoint.
