I have had back issues off and on my entire adult life. I even had my L5/S1 fused over 20 years ago. I have had physical therapy many different times, at quite a few places. Never have I had such a life-changing experience that I have experienced here. I suffered a debilitating fall a year ago and started seeing an orthopedic doctor shortly thereafter, when my usual post trauma exercises failed to reduce my pain. When he suggested PT, for the second time with this injury, I decided to try these guys, based on a recommendation on my longtime massage therapist. Seeing results from the very first visit blew me away. Each successive treatment improved my flexibility, balance, and frame of mind, and diminished my pain. Wow! I cannot recommend these guys more highly!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Had surgery to repair two torn rotator cuff tendons and a torn bicep tendon in mid May 2017. Started physical therapy ten days later at the Therapy and Sports Center in St Pete. Began with passive range of motion where the therapists would gently stretch my arm and shoulder tendons then progressed to exercises that would strengthen my rotator cuffs and regain the flexibility and mobility in my shoulder. Three months later I have regained approximately 95% of the range of motion that I had prior to my accident and surgery. I can't thank the staff enough. Special thanks to Spencer, Bruce, Alicja, and Zach who helped me get my life back.
I just LOVED the physical therapist. I am so Impressed with the care and knowledge he shared. Very personable and professional. I have a lot of work ahead of me but trust him and have faith that I am in good hands.
