My hair was beyond damaged. Not only was it 5 different colors it had a fire engine red strip that wouldnt go away. It took us litterly day Saturday. But I wouldnt change it for anything. I'm so inlove with my new color and my new short hair cut. I fall more inlove everyday with it. Erin is by far the best person to go to and I would recommend her to everyone. She's sweet, funny, extremely gentle. Thank you so much for everything love
