Shawn was very responsive and sent Evan out the next day after our tankless water heater died to give us a quote. They scheduled the replacement installation for early afternoon the next day to be sure we could get ready for an important dinner date! Efficient, effective and friendly. Told us of a rebate and got us all the documentation needed. Jim Kenney, their electrician, was great, too. This is the second time they have installed a water heater for us.
