I have been using Stellar Mortgage for over 20 years for all of my personal real estate transactions. When it comes to obtaining a mortgage you want it done right the first time. Stellar always provided me the BEST interest rate, made sure that we had all of the correct documentation and insured there were NO, I mean NO hiccups in the closing process. In many transactions we never had issue. John or a representative from his team was almost always at the closing just in case anything were to come up in the closing process.
