SPECS is amazing. All of the staff are fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. They helped pick out new frames that suited me face and even made adjustments to my existing prescription glasses and sunglasses so they don’t fall off my face while waiting for me new ones. Even though we had a hurricane the day after my appointment, my new glasses arrived in just a few days. Phenomenal service.
My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Camargo since SPECS opened its first office location. We have received excellent care and have been pleased with the availability of frames in style, quality, and fit. As an observer, I see how the dedicated staff really caters to the patients. Customers are never rushed, and staff takes the time to really get to know the person behind the lenses. You can be sure that, as a patient, you will always come first.
