A year later, Shaun again gave expert advice that was the smart thing for me, the customer to do...and it wasn't bringing my laptop into him for a major repair. I respect so much his honest advice and feedback. When my laptop needs attention...he's getting the business!!From a year ago: Shaun is above ‘taking money’! Called about HD data retrieval and Shaun clearly explained what and how he could assist, making clear that if he couldn’t get data, there’s no charge. He went further and offered a ‘self help’ option that might solve my issue. How nice!

Shawn fixed my laptop after Microsoft Technical Support created additional problems when contacted to help me by phone. He is professional, knowledgeable, honest and his rate was very reasonable with no hidden fees. He is personable and also took time to explain what he was doing since I asked to learn about what he was doing to recover all my information and make my computer usable again. I am technically challenged and he didn't mind when I asked some pretty basic questions. I highly recommend him and if I ever need assistance again, I will only trust him.
