I have been struggling with nerve pain in my neck and shoulder for years and have tried many PTs. It is unbelievable how helpful just one session was with Tania. She is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to find the root of my issues with (literal) pinpoint accuracy. Highly recommend booking a session if you're even moderately thinking about it, I'm definitely excited for my second.

Was recommended to try dry needling for my migraines and I was definitely skeptical as nothing has helped in the past. I was on day 13 of a migraine when I went in. Let me tell you I was surprised by how much it helped! It wasn’t immediate (which Dr. Tania told me it wouldn’t be) but by the next day my migraine had gone from a 10 to about a 7 pain level which for me is HUGE! Going to a follow up appointment for another treatment to try to knock the migraine fully out. Will post another review afterwards!

I have chronic shoulder and back pain from a shoulder injury I had surgery on 2 years ago. I try nearly everything to reduce the pain so I can function normally. After 2 session I could feel range of motion of my neck and shoulder dramatically increase. I also have TMJ and this is one of the few things that has helped with that too.
