Please do not use this inspector. It will end up costing you down the road. He rushed through an inspection and missed very very costly repairs such as electrical/plumbing. Your home inspection is such an important step to the buying process and should not be done haphazardly. Please do your research and find a more reputable inspector than this one!

This guy is terrible . he was used to do my sons first home . Never checked the electrical or the drains . delivery crew brought out the washer and dryer no pwer to the dryer . electrician came out and fixed the bad breaker in the panel . Electrician said the home inspector shoulda caught that when he tested the outlet . fast forward two days . my son does some laundry water backs up in the laundry room sink kitchen sink and master shower , another miss . Plumber is there now and said the drains were full of building and remodeling materials and stated the same thing as the electrician said . He shoulda caught that " . I don't recommend anyone using him . He clearly cuts corners and doesn't take pride in his job
