Jessica Bean and Soar Lending were amazing! Jessica worked so hard for us every step of the way! She was so friendly and personable! She not only got us the highest pre-approval we could find anywhere (because of unconventional income), she also followed through and got us a loan at that pre-approval, and the best interest rate we could get at the time. I would recommend her and her team to anyone out there. Soar Lending followed through with us and Jessica went above and beyond to communicate and get us the best loan we could get. Listen, I never do ANY reviews and usually rely on others for the great insight. But, I had to leave a review for Jessica Smith and Fintech Mortgage. Great company, great people, and a great team. They will work with you to make sure you get the house of your dreams AND your budget. Quick turn times, open lines of communication, and a calm and steady attitude—necessary in the home buying process. If you're thinking about buying a home, definitely work with Jessica and Fintech.
