Needed to get my bedroom door unlocked to allow the Fire Dept. to check the smoke alarm / CO detector for insurance renewal. I called, got an appointment for the next day and passed the inspection 2 hours later. Great service, fair price and I would give 10 stars if I could!

I had a safe which would not open and they came as scheduled and the technician knew his stuff. It was an electronic issue which he solved. He was able to troubleshoot and then I could enter my combination and get in. He was able to direct me to where to get the part replacement.

Jun 2022

Had called A-1 safe and locksmith. Made me send photos. Hemmed and hawed if could help. Said they would call to set up appointments. Meanwhile 6 weeks later had no responses. Called Security Lock and Safe. We're out in 3 days. Problem fixed in 30 minutes. Excellent service! Don't bother with A-1.
