I don’t know where to begin, Chelsea is absolutely amazing. I have had extensions in many different ways done by many different people, some of which are touted as the best in the business and I have never had someone do my hair and my extensions like Chelsea!!Her attention to detail is beyond five stars, her talent is also beyond five stars.
