What a great experience, Kevin, our plumber came out to install three toilets and a sink. He did an excellent job and has great customer service skills but most most of all he knew just what he was doing. That counts a lot to know you have somebody that’s very professional and that can complete the job. Again, thanks to Kevin. We have our toilet installed with running water with no problems..
Doug was awesome!
Late Friday, a failed 10+ year old shower valve cartridge, a total pain in the butt to get it out, ended up having to chip the old cartridge out, use blow torch, and take it out little pieces at a time. Installing the new cartridge was a breeze after a 90m workout getting that dang old one out of there. He was a trooper, extremely professional, very careful to not crack the CPVC behind the wall! I loved getting the text with picture and short bio ahead of time. That was a really nice touch and Doug backed it up with his performance!
