The owner, Al, did a great job cleaning our Crate & Barrel sofa. We originally had a well-known carpet/upholstery service come by but they did not recommend their service based on their type of cleaning method because we have a feathered cushion couch and they recommended a "dry" cleaning method. When I spoke to Al he walked me through his process of using a cleaning foam and steam which is the safest way of cleaning a sofa like mine. He came on time and took his time cleaning my sofa making sure all the dirt & dust accumulated over the past two years is removed.
Al is amazing! Not just super nice but does an outstanding job.He has been taking care of our carpets for years. Polite, punctual, excellent customer service, would highly recommend.
