Staff members, including those at the scale, dumpster area, and exit scale, are pleasant, friendly, and helpful. The residential hand unload area is also staffed by courteous and accommodating individuals. While some visitors may find the requirement to bring a hard hat or purchase one on site inconvenient, the complex is generally a positive experience.
