I'm a first time pilates student and working with Chris at Pilates Powerhouse for the past two weeks has been amazing. She's very caring, very positive and explains everything well. I'm feeling better and noticing changes. I would highly recommend! (Gwen)
Awesome experience! Staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and encouraging. One on one sessions have been wonderful-great workouts! The staff has been very careful to not aggravate an old injury while getting me stronger which has drastically helped decrease pain for me.Looking forward to group classes which are smaller groups so you are not lost in a crowd. I highly recommend Pilates Powerhouse & Rehab!
It is one of the best Studios you can find in St Pete. The Instructors are not only very knowledgable but kind, enthusiast; the environment is very friendly and its owner is an amazing person as well as intelligent and a great professional!
