My cat needed urgent surgery the day before Thanksgiving, and this office was incredibly kind and helpful. We ultimately had to take the cat to an ER right away and do it there, but they got us a quote right away, answered all our questions, and even offered us a same-day appointment for the surgery during holiday chaos.
