Today, Oct 24, 2023, was my first time experiencing the automated wash tunnel attendant. I have come to rely on a human being guiding me onto the conveyor; I guess it cuts down on personnel overhead. Anyway, after my Pipeline Club wash, I noticed the tire shine was completely missed on the passenger side of my SUV. I reported the issue to Steph in the office. He explained that it was probably due to being misaligned while traveling the wash tunnel. I appreciated his honesty. He stated his Supervisor usually handles manual tire polishing in such instances but was on vacation. When I tell you that my head was pouring today! I was feeling horrible! Joel came out and happily gave me quality series with a smile! It's valentines day. Ans he has made my day! I want say Thanks for this service! I might just become a member!
Great car wash big thanks to Joel,Tyree, Raul, going extra mile and helping finishing touches. 5 stars all the way. This is definitely Woodies wash shack best location because of the staff. I hope management realizes what an A team they have.
