We had a very nasty backup in both of our bathroom occur the morning before Hurricane Milton. We had drainage backing up into our tub, shower, and between our toilets and the floor.
We called Mr. Rooter immediately after the storm passed and Danny and Logan came out Saturday afternoon to snake all the lines and originally found a clump of wipes. Unfortunately this did not permanently solve the problem as the next time we did laundry, we had another backup.
Danny came back out the next day to re-snake from the roof vents and saw a couple more clumps of debris which he was not able to grab.

We had a leaking pipe on the exterior of our home. We were able to shut off the water on the street side and called Mister Rooter Plumbing of St. Petersburg. Luis came to our rescue first thing Tuesday morning. Considering the Holiday weekend had just ended, we appreciated the quick response. Leak fixed, happy customer!
Well first and foremost I want to thank Travis for coming out and staying late today to replace my toilet very courteous and fast got the job done quick so thank you once again Travis you the man.
