I called Max Solon Plumbing today about a kitchen drain cleanout. I was dealt with promptly, courteously, and professionally by Nate, who promised that a service person would call me shortly. Andre called me in less than ten minutes, and was at our home in less than 30 minutes, as promised. The job was more complicated than expected, and involved replacing the mechanical drain under the sink, for which Andre had to go pick up the replacement drain part, returned to install it, and snaked the drain a second time. he also vacuumed out the sup of the dishwasher. He was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, very professional, and extremely skillful. This was all done for the previously agreed-upon price. Extraordinary, remarkable service from all concerned. I would encourage anyone to contact Max Solon Plumbing for any plumbing needs, commercial or domestic. Kudos to Andre, Nate, and Max Solon Plumbing!
Visit 1: They came out and replaced the flange and wax ring. They got the work done quick and very affordable. The original price for just a wax ring was very low and even with the additional surprise work it shook out extremely affordable. Visit 2: In a completely separate event I had a leak at the main, and they came out within 30 minutes and fixed it, and just as fast and accurate and cheap as before! Best plumber ever!
