I called Max Solon Plumbing today about a kitchen drain cleanout. I was dealt with promptly, courteously, and professionally by Nate, who promised that a service person would call me shortly. Andre called me in less than ten minutes, and was at our home in less than 30 minutes, as promised. The job was more complicated than expected, and involved replacing the mechanical drain under the sink, for which Andre had to go pick up the replacement drain part, returned to install it, and snaked the drain a second time. he also vacuumed out the sup of the dishwasher. He was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, very professional, and extremely skillful. This was all done for the previously agreed-upon price. Extraordinary, remarkable service from all concerned. I would encourage anyone to contact Max Solon Plumbing for any plumbing needs, commercial or domestic. Kudos to Andre, Nate, and Max Solon Plumbing!

first of all when I put the call into Nate with my emergency he scheduled me for Christmas Eve to my delight he called me this morning which was the day before and asked if I would like the plumber to come today I was tickled to death. I had a broken pipe in my wall could not use my water I had water all over my back room. these are my go-to plumbers this is who I always call and I have never been disappointed. their price is excellent they do not overcharge they don't price gouge and they're very very honest and very reliable. I go way back with Max himself giving me directions over the phone to deal with an issue and that was a very long time ago. today Nate sent me Christopher who came nice and early did an amazing job and also dealt with the peak trap under the sink if I have the name correct which I did not ask him to do He says he does that for all his customers. My mistake in the past was calling one of those 24-hour seven days a week people that say they don't charge any extra because I didn't know that this company would come out on a Saturday I wished I would have thought to call them because they would have come for an emergency. The other company I call sent a very young boy and I do young boy to try to deal with a very difficult situation. He was back and forth to Home Depot multiple times He was here over 8 hours and almost left me without having any water at all. He had to deal with a pipe coming out of the wall and then he couldn't get the fitting right in order to give me water I was almost literally without no water and a giant over $800 bill. I kindly threatened him that he is not leaving this house and leaving me with no water thank the good Lord he did fix it but over $800 later because he really wasn't equipped I think he was just an apprentice. I have had max Solon's company out here many many times not too long ago they came out and replaced a toilet for me which I have had many plumbers out here trying to figure out why the particular toilet wouldn't flush correctly and I was constantly plunging Justin who also works for this company is the one who said I need a new toilet I didn't understand why that didn't make sense He literally demonstrated to me why so within a couple days I had a nice brand new toilet which to this day flushes great. You can't get a more honest more reliable and pleasant to talk to plumbers that come to your house or whoever you need to deal with on the phone they will help you. thank you guys so much you saved Christmas lol. which means I can cook and use pots and pans instead of all the frozen instant meals I had to go by. thank you again and happy holidays.
