Pleasant staff. Easy to deal with. Dr. Smith takes the time to make sure you understand what he is doing & any treatment that may be needed. I have never felt like I was being rushed my visit. I have been seeing him since he was at BayFront. Will continue to see him as long as I can.

Dr. Smith was a very young man when I first met him and academically sound. He hasn't changed his care of service to his patients. He always greet you will a firm hand- shake and hello. He really make you feel like apart of his family.

I've always had great results with my eye exams when I choose to visit Mark's office. From the front desk, the staff, the setting, the professionalism, it all combines to allow me to relax and get more "genuine" results that are more accurate and benefits me, ultimately. I've had to go out of network to retain his service but...to me, it is worth it. Thank you, Dr. Smith.
