Feldman did an amazing job. Working with our architect out of Tampa, the home was a "down to the studs" renovation following a complete redesign of the layout and an additional 1000 SF. This massive renovation included building a new entrance / foyer, building an office with separate entrance, adding additional SF for a huge master on the main level, extending and adding a row of french doors across the entire back of the home, redesigning the upstairs to create a more functional 3 bedroom space with TV / rec area and on the first floor creating one level for all interior floors. This company did an amazing job for me! They did a foundation repair on a home I'm purchasing. I received four estimates that ranged from $25k to 14k. Todd and his crew did the job for $4,000, and they did it exactly to the structural engineers report. I will alway recommend this company to others. They did a great job, and they did it for a great price.
