Positive: Showed up on time, compliment with my request that they wear a mask when interacting with me, quick and accurate diagnosis, service call was on the weekend so part Stores closed but tech emailed order for pickup first thing Monday morning, promised to return Monday morning with new motor and install it returned first thing Monday morning and completed job!, ran charge through warranty so saved a lot of money, friendly and professional in field and in office on phone. Highly recommend.Service: HVAC duct & vent repair
We had our AC stop working 2 days after Hurricane Irma. Worst 5 days ever till they installed our new AC 3 days later. They worked in miserable heat and humidity well into the evening to completion. Very nice and professional. And no mess when they left. And competitively priced. They were great!
I have just recently moved into a condo which had an a.c./ heating unit installed by this company about a year ago by the prior owner. Since I was not aware of the exact condition of this unit currently, I called to have someone perform a maintenance checkup, which, by the way, was part of the warranty package paid for by the prior owner. Roland was the technician who showed up and he was prompt, very courteous, friendly, and thorough. When he opened the panel where the blower unit was located, he showed me how and where to check for mold and he also showed me how the device works to shut itself down if the condensation drain is not working.
