Fredo is a very talented and amazing tattoo artist. Fredos free hand drawings that he makes come to life in his tattooing are off the chart fantastic!! Not only that he makes you feel comfortable and so welcomed at his studio. He was the artist for our son and our niece 1st tattoos and he definitely was the right person to go too!! We will definitely be coming back to him again!! We recommend him to everyone if your in the St. Petersburg, Florida area. 10+ stars if we had the option!!
