My daughters A/C went out Monday. I called at 9pm Monday night and left a message. I called again Tuesday at 7am, and was scheduled between 10-12 the same day! Todd, the technician, arrived a few minutes before 10am, immediately diagnosed the problem, explained it to me, and fixed it promptly. He gave the system a thorough inspection and was on his way around 11am. Great job!
Forest Air quick to respond. They fixed my issue after my house was struck by lightning and my AC went down. I do have a whole house surge protector which probably went a long way in mitigating damage. However, Forest Air installed our AC years ago and they did an excellent job with the installation. They have maintained it throughout the years. Patrick and Roy responded today and as usual, were both knowledgeable and professional.
It was quick, with in few hours response to an emergency situation. Forest Air dispatched technician, identified issue, located parts, and repaired, all within in few hours. Great service.
